Located in the San Jacinto Mountains, this 200-acre camping preserve allows you to escape from the Southern California heat and enjoy panoramic mountain scenery. These rugged, pine-covered mountains are perfect for summer hiking and winter snowshoeing. Come fish at our stocked trout pond, or enjoy sunny days in our swimming and wading pools. We are open through the winter season for those who enjoy a peaceful mountain setting.

Your cabin has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, dinette, living room, air conditioning and features cable television and deck. No smoking is permitted in the units. Cabin unit has one-bedroom with queen bed and a small loft for sleeping bags. OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen and full size sleeper sofa in living room. From I-10 (Strongly Recommended): Take the Idyllwild turnoff at Hwy 243 in Banning. Proceed 22 miles to Pine Cove on Hwy 243. Look for Marion Ridge Drive and turn left (Pine Cove Fire Station is on your left). Continue 1/2 mile.
From I-15: Take State Hwy 74 through Hemet to Mount Center, then Hwy 243 through Idyllwild, about 3-4 miles to Pine Cove. Turn right on the corner of Marion Ridge Drive and 243. Look for the Pine Cove Fire Station on the corner. Continue 1/2 mile.
From Palm Springs Preserve: Take Washington St. to Hwy 111. Turn right on Hwy 111 to Hwy 74 in Palm Desert. Turn left and follow Hwy 74 to Mount Center and turn right on Hwy 243. Follow Hwy 243 past Idyllwild about 3 miles to Pine Cove. Turn right on Marion Ridge Drive (look for the Pine Cove Fire Station on the corner). Continue 1/2 mile.
